Story: (Han Jiaji) is a stunt doubler in the film and television industry. He seeks to achieve self-actualization and adhere to his goals, but he faces difficulty in managing his daily needs. His girlfriend (Tan Yuechen), who is also at the bottom of the industry ladder, leaves him to become a live broadcast presenter elsewhere. Since then, the two have been in a long-distance relationship, but his girlfriend’s increasing success makes Han Jiaji feel more insecure. As the people around him leave, he finds himself alone and his morale collapses under the weight of reality. He goes to a bar to drown his sorrows, and there he encounters an assassination attempt on the young woman (or Yingying) from a gang. Han Jiaji intervenes to save her, not realizing that this intervention will lead to the butterfly effect on his life. As his misery increases, he begins to hesitate about his life’s path. He chooses to join O’s family and performs actions that go against his conscience and violate the law. But after a while, his conscience awakens when he witnesses the suffering of the victims, and he decides to surrender himself to the police. Thanks to his cooperation, the police succeed in overthrowing O’s gang.
